Schedule for the Studio this week.

Delighted to have holistic treatments at the studio, you can book a massage with Nichola on Wednesdays and Reflexology with Joanne on Fridays! Booking is essential.

This is Elisa's last weekend teaching at the studio before her move back to Dublin. Its a big loss to the studio and her students. Elisa's style of teaching brought calmness, peace and serenity not only to the studio but to all the students that had the pleasure of attending her classes. She is a big part of the studio and weekends wont be the same without her.
On a personal note wishing Elisa and her beautiful family a future full of happiness, health and adventure💜

*One Million Stars: Raising Awareness through creativity*

Women's Collective Ireland-Donegal are delighted to be hosting a One Million Stars to End Violence Project workshop with Lifeline Inishowen on Thursday 30th November 7-9pm in Carndonagh.

The One Million Stars Ireland Star Weavers to End Violence to End Violence is an awareness raising project to end violence against women and girls and create a safer violence free future for all. The project aims to recruit people across Ireland to help weave One Million Stars in Ireland by 2032 which helps form the global target of One BILLION. Each eight-point star woven represents light, hope and solidarity against violence, promoting our project’s eight points of healthy love within relationships.
The workshop creates an opportunity for people to learn how to weave the stars, a beautifully mindful activity, and also creates a safe space to talk about domestic and gender-based violence.

Women's Collective Ireland-Donegal are pleased to be taking bookings for a 5-week Social IT course starting on Wednesday 15th November 12.15-2.15pm, in Donegal Town. Learn computer basics, how to install apps, video call, send voice notes & pictures, as well as how to stay safe online. This is a FREE course offered by Donegal ETB and will be a fun and relaxed space for a small group of women to learn together and develop their IT skills.
