Here is your challenge for the coming 30 days. It is a Cardio combo challenge, for a speedy way of shifting stubborn fat loss and at the same time increasing your fitness - win win formula.
Its not easy and it will push you out of your comfort zone but you will feel the benefits and make sure you get down to the Body Active Fitness class every Tuesday and Thursday evening.

Week 2 - Beginners Bootcamp
hi all,
Well done all, keep working on the progress sheets and focus on the cardio and abs. you will really start to see the results.
try to cut back on the sugars and drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.

Well that was some week of snow. I hope you were all safe.
Well now that the rain is here and the snow is melting, it is time to work off all that bread you were eating during the snow storms :-)
Classes will be back to normal this Tuesday.

For all you have completed the first 6 week Body Active Fitness Bootcamp and are now on to the second stage of your fitness journey - WELCOME to the Maintain & Sustain Programme.
This is where we maintain the fitness you have achieved and push yourself to the level of fitness. Being fit and Healthy should be part of your life style not just something you do a few weeks of the year. you have all put so much effort into getting to where you are now, the next 6 week programme, running every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 will really help you on your fitness Journey.

BODY ACTIVE FITNESS - BEGINNERS BOOTCAMP
This evening at 8:30pm we will be kicking off the Beginners Bootcamp. This class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30. so to help you get the most out of this class make sure you bring your water and a towel with you.
I will set up a progress chart that we will monitor over the next 6 weeks and you will also get a talk on healthy eating.
