Our Couch to 5K programme is back – starting June 23rd! Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to ease back into running, this is the perfect place to start. 💪

📅 Sessions every Monday & Wednesday at 7pm

💶 Only €2 per session!
👟 All levels welcome – walking, jogging or running – we’re here to support YOU every step of the way.

🎯 We’ll be training for the Seamie 5K on September 6th – a great goal to keep you motivated!
