This lady was in that position but knew there was so much more to be achieved!
By starting with some home workouts to ease into the process and then eventually working up towards getting a gym membership we have ticked off so many milestones from day 1.
A lot of trips and breaks away were all factored into this journey but it never brought a halt to what we see above.

“ After struggling with home workouts and motivation I decided to do online training with AD fitness for 6 weeks - it was by far the best decision I had made.
From the start Alan was motivating and encouraging, listening to exactly what I wanted to gain from the Online Training. The personalised plan I received was brilliant - it was easy to follow in terms of protein and calorie intake, the workouts were very tough but were well varied.
During the 6 weeks Alan was very helpful with any struggles I was having with trying to keep up the momentum.

“ I started with Alan doing a 6 week online programme. I always preferred physically going to the gym/classes so I wasn’t sure how I was going to motivate myself to do it from home. I was surprised how much I enjoyed doing the online programme from home. The online programme was tailored to what equipment I had available to me. I found myself really starting to enjoy exercising again and especially incorporating weights into exercises. I was really impressed by the strength I gained from this programme.
With regards nutrition, before this programme I found myself skipping meals due to shift work. Since contacting Alan I find I’ve a structure in place for meals. I always had a fear of eating too much protein before. Alan showed me the importance of having the right amount of protein in your diet.
I was delighted with the results I seen in such a short space of time. It showed me it was possible. I really enjoyed working with Alan and looking forward to doing it again in the future. “

“I started with Alan in February and was very optimistic as I did not think online training/home workouts would be for me I had been putting it off since after Christmas which is the one regret I have because I should have started sooner. Even after the first phase I was already seeing results. I found being in lockdown extremely hard to motivate myself, but since starting with Alan my motivation has improved massively. The knowledge in relation to training and nutrition I have gained from Alan is something I will always use going forward. He provides great support to his clients and I couldn’t recommend him enough.”
