Our u14 camogie team took to the field tonight away to Annacurra in their 5th round Division 1 league match.

It was a tough battle in the heat against a strong Annacurra side. The team showed great composure under pressure and worked tirelessly to earn a well deserved win.

Thanks to referee John Keenan for officiating and to Annacurra for the great game.

πŸ’šπŸ€ U8 Camogie Match Report Sat 23rd May πŸ’šπŸ€

We had a fantastic morning of camogie today as Arklow hosted the u8 go games blitz.

Our U8 girls took to the home pitch against three visiting teams, two from Bray and one from Carnew.

The girls played with huge energy, skill and determination throughout all the games. Their movement of the ball, teamwork and support play were outstanding, and it was fantastic to see the confidence and improvement from every player on display.

A special word of thanks to all our volunteers and coaches who helped organise such a successful blitz and ensured everything ran so smoothly.

Thank you to all the parents who bring the girls along. Your support means so much to the girls. πŸ’šπŸ€

On Friday evening, the Arklow U12 girls travelled to Bray Emmets for a blitz and produced a series of determined performances throughout the evening.

Facing a very strong Bray side in their opening game, the girls battled hard from start to finish, showing great teamwork, determination, and spirit against tough opposition. Their work rate and commitment could not be faulted as they continued to support one another throughout the game.

They next faced Annacurra in a very evenly contested encounter, with both teams matching each other throughout. The Arklow girls showed great composure and teamwork once again, making for an exciting and competitive game.

This group of girls are a credit to themselves, their parents, and their club. The hard work being put in at training is clearly paying off, and they continue to represent Arklow strongly every time they take the field. A big thank you also to all the parents and supporters who travelled and encouraged the girls throughout the eveningπŸ’šπŸ€
