The TRYKA pictures are very humbling to say the least 🤣 baby hairs flying everywhere, red face, some lovely facial expressions and not so great angles but who cares we got it done 👏🏼
I have to keep reminding myself to stop comparing myself to others and just be grateful for what my body can do. I am so lucky to be have been able to grow & birth two lil humans. I’m also very grateful to be able to exercise and move my body everyday whilst pushing myself out of my comfort zone for a race like this. So who actually cares 🤣
Lessons have been learned for the first race (that 7 minute penalty will haunt me for life lol) so now to use our finish time as a baseline and lock in for the next race in April 🔐 I swear tryka is like childbirth, you forget the pain and just want to do it again 🤣

INTRODUCING MAMAS & BABAS FITNESS CLASSES 👶🏻👩🏻🍼🏋🏻♀️
Starting 10th of November - 19th December.
Open to all mothers whether your baby is 6 weeks, 6 months or over a year old. You can bring your baby along or come solo!
📍Rawlplug Fitness Gym, Ashbourne, Meath.
⏰ Monday & Fridays @ 11:00am - 12:00pm
This is a 6 week term with two different membership options.
🔘Option 1: This gives you access to 2 classes per week for a 6 week period ie 12 classes total for €150.
🔘Option 2: This gives you access to 1 class per week for a 6 week period ie 6 classes total for €90.

Life update 👶🏻☁️✨
Our baby boy Tadhg Kinsella was born on the 21st February ‘25 weighing 8lbs 4oz 🥹🩵
I have been very inactive on this page as I found it hard to balance work, being a first time mam whilst also pregnant. However I will be back posting content and doing what I love very soon but for now its time to soak up all the newborn cuddles and adjusting to the irish twin life 🩷🩵

Insight to what my clients eat ➡️
We are all about balance and keeping it simple here at Feel the Byrne Fitness. There is no need to over complicate your food. Stick to the basics and make sure you eat foods that you enjoy (within moderation). That’s the secret of staying consistent, don’t restrict or deprive yourself.

I haven’t been posting much on this account lately as I had a bit of imposter syndrome. Even though I’ve been working away as normal and staying as active as I can. It just felt weird posting because my body has changed so much.
I’ve less than 2 months until my due date so I want to be more active on here & potentially show my health & fitness journey post baby so stay tuned for some updates 🤍
