Absolutely bursting with pride for the Ratoath Ladies GAA team after winning the final and earning their place in Division 2! πŸ†πŸ’ͺ

It’s been such a privilege to play a small part in their journey as their strength & conditioning coach here at Intension. This group of girls are not only talented athletes, but an incredible team full of determination, resilience, support and serious craic along the way.

From squats to laughs, glute activation to a few unexpected downward dogs πŸ˜‚ β€” every session was full of energy, commitment and heart. Watching all the hard work pay off on the pitch has been amazing.

So proud of every single one of them, their coaches and everyone involved behind the scenes. Division 2 here they come πŸ”₯πŸ’™πŸ’›
