Iv been der I no how hard it is to get trew life with a full day on so much to do and no energy to do it. Or even nothing to do and all day to do it. We dig ourselves deeper holes procrastinate everyday putting things off. Why not take control make a plan set goals. Make the time count be ambitious. Start with no1 your body. Healthier lifestyle. Set a goal two hours a week physical activity. SIMPLE. Stick to it until it becomes a lifestyle. Make time its your body it needs looking after. Hey guys reminders for all clients. Can u guys plz have membership forms with fee on Tuesday. Reason been I want to do fitness testing this Tuesday with members. I don't want ppl training hard den getting tested. 2weeks done now testing is next on menu. I will measure BMI body mass index and two fitness tests. Retest in a month to see progress. Thanks guys.
