We are offering boxing classes which give you the full boxing experience without having to compete. We focus on your boxing ability, fitness and core.
We cater to all fitness levels. Beginners and advanced boxers are also welcome as we have two very experienced coaches who are affiliated with the Irish Amateurs Boxing Association (IABA). Ashbourne Boxfit is a great way to get fit,build strength and burn lots of calories while having fun. Any queries just message the page.
