We’re excited to announce that Athlone A.C returns this Monday, 2nd September & Wednesday night crew return on 4th September.
Get ready to lace up your shoes and join us for a season of training, fun, and fitness.

A big well done to Phillip Finnan who represented an Athletics Ireland U17 team at the Scottish Championships in the long jump. Phillip smashed his PB by jumping 6.63m to claim the gold medal 🥇 🇮🇪

Well done to our U9’s who competed at the Inter County Championships in Tullamore Harriers on Friday. In the relay, the boys won gold and the girls won silver. The group also picked up individual medals in the 400m and turbo javelin. Thank you to Offaly Athletics for organising such a well run event.

🎉🎉✨Well done to 8 of our U9s who competed at the National Championsships in Tullamore last Sunday, The relay teams of Tymur, Fionn, Darragh and Donncha and Sadie, Chloe, Hannah and Kate produced some slick baton changes and fast times. Sadie and Kate came 4th in the 60 meter pairs narrowing missing a medal by .06 of a second. Tymur and Donncha also had strong runs in the 300 meter pairs.

Well done to our athlete Tristan Dolan, who qualified for the All Ireland in both hammer and inter boys 4X100 relay. Big congrats to him and his team, amazing achievement!

🎉👏👏Huge congratulations to 3rd yr student Philip Offorjama on not just winning the Connacht Intermediate 100m title today
but also on creating a new Connacht Championship record with a time of 11.17seconds.

Looking forward to lots of PB’s, Great opportunity for some competitive fun at Tullamore Harriers this Friday night. The events start at 6pm sharp.

Competition fee is €2 at the please gate per athlete.

📢📢🏃‍♂️🏃Tonight is an outdoor session only, as the indoor arena is being used for a CAO open night.

Please have athletes dress for the weather, a running jacket or second layer maybe needed.

We will assemble on the small green between the indoor arena entrance and the outdoor track.
