I am a holistic fitness well-being trainer, motivational life coach for individual and group training Who Am I? Why do I love this profession?

I have 10+ years experience and I have trained all age categories, beginners, athletes and I have experience with special population as well, e.g. seniors, prenatal, postnatal, diabetics just to name a few. Week 4 complete ✅

Another busy day for our PT students 💪

This week we recapped periodisation before covering:
✔️ Coaching strategies
✔️ Client assessments
✔️ Different training methods
✔️ F**T & SPORT principles
✔️ Set variations for different training styles

In the studio, Marcio and Alex coached the warm-ups 👏 and everyone took part in a 45-minute workout where we learned how to coach EMOM and AMRAP training.

We also covered stretching techniques and discussed the importance of using the correct methods during warm-ups and cool-downs.

The gym session was packed 😅 We went through different cardio machines, coaching points, and a variety of cable exercises while continuing to build confidence using NAMSET principles and coaching each other.

Lots of learning, lots of coaching, and plenty to practise before Week 5 🔥

✨ Meet Eileen - the definition of strength, courage and pure determination. ✨

Eileen came to me 1.5 years ago looking for help and a bit more confidence. Fast-forward to today… at 77 years old, she is taking on one of the biggest challenges I’ve seen:

3000 squats in November…and she has already completed 1700 of them!

Every single session, Eileen shows up with heart, humour and the kind of grit that inspires everyone around her. Watching her grow in strength and confidence has been one of the absolute highlights of my job.

This month, she’s doing this challenge to raise funds for The Mater Hospital Foundation.
