Our 16 week training programme for solo swimmers taking on the full 13.5km distance on August 22nd starts today!

All 20 relay teams slots have now been taken for the 2026 Castle to Castle Swim! Each team can consist of 2, 3 or 4 swimmers. Approx. 60 to 70 relay swimmers are expected to take part on August 22nd.
