On behalf of the club executive, members, managers, players and supporters of Moore United we extend our deepest sympathies to the Nevin Family on the sad passing of Tony.

Tony’s grandchildren have or continue to play with the club from Senior to very young underage. We keep them, Maureen, Charlie, Ann, Olivia, Teresa, Denise and John and all their families, neighbours and friends in our thoughts at this time.

The huge crowd of people who attended this evening to pay their respects shows the respect and love people have for Tony and you all.

Tony will be laid to rest tomorrow after 11am Mass in St Mary’s Church Moore. May he rest in peace.

Moore u16 boys played skyvalley in their last game before the junior cert and came away with a 1 nil win.Moore started strongly and took the lead when Noah created a chance and Jack finished it well. Moore played some nice football and were unlucky not to take some of the chances they created.

Skyvalley nearly got a draw only for some really good defending and a great safe from Ger right at the end.

Moore & Clonfad Drama Society are back by popular demand and will present the hilarious 3 act comedy ‘Widows Paradise' by Sam Cree, for one more night this Saturday, 23rd May at 8pm in Moore Community Hall (N37HT68).

This year’s truncated season will have 3 groups of 5 with 4 teams qualifying for the Semi-Finals

A Final will then take place to determine the overall Champions 🏆
