Our little ninjas term is starting soon. For children from 4 to 6 years old. Our registration day is on the 7th of September from 9am to 1pm. Looking forward to seeing you there.

All yellow tags and higher start tomorrow.
Existing white belts and beginners start next week.

SELF-DEFENCE COURSE FOR TEENS AND ADULTS.

Back by popular demand, we are running our 6 week Self-defense course starting this Friday at 5pm. If you want to secure a spot or if you have any questions just message me.

SQUAD SESSION THIS SUNDAY AT 10AM.

Preliminary black belt gradings will be this coming Sunday in Tralee (clash Industrial Estate next to Cunningham Motors and upstairs).
Times are as follows-
9am black belt 1st to 5th Dan prelims
10 am training
Noon red belt- black stripes prelims.
Finish at 2pm to 2.30pm

Classes are running as normal this week.
Next week (from April 1st to the 5th) the gym is closed. Happy Easter everyone
