Happy new year! Pilates classes continue tomorrow evening 6.30pm and 7.45pm. Let's get the new year off to a good start!
Beginners pilates starting Monday 30th November is now full. Next course starting mid January. Classes are kept small and will be adapted to suit your ability level. Everyone will be assessed individually and complete a medical questionnaire before commencing the course so that you are working at a safe level that is right for you. Ideal for post natal or post injury rehab. All classes taught by chartered physiotherapists with specific ante and post natal training.
Pilates classes are back! Maternity leave is coming to an end and Nuala's beginners classes will resume on Monday 30th November, 7.45pm. Whether you want to regain your strength and control after having a baby, suffer from recurrent back pain, or just want to exercise safely, Modified Pilates with a Chartered Physiotherapist is the safest and most effective way to do it. All beginners will do an initial 1:1 assessment with a chartered physio so that the class is suited specifically to your level. Intermediate / Advanced classes are already fully booked.
