🦋 Calling all our summer social butterflies… we’re ready to welcome you back! 😂

The holidays, festivals, BBQs and pints were great… but it’s time to shake off the cobwebs 🕸️

September is the perfect time to get the routine back, get moving and start feeling good again. 💪

Don’t worry about how long you’ve been away — just get through the door and we’ll take care of the rest.

Same butterfly… slightly stronger version. 🦋💪

Self-defence isn’t about living in fear — it’s about walking with confidence. 💪

Every woman deserves to feel strong, aware, and prepared. Learning self-defence isn’t just physical — it sharpens your instincts, builds resilience, and reminds you of your power.

Because safety isn’t a privilege. It’s a right 🥋
