Our annual coffee morning is this Friday the 20th of March. We have tickets for our raffle on the morning but also donation bucket within the gym. Please support this great cause that unfortunately comes every house. We will have sweet treats with coffee and tea also.

Another block of our Intro to Fit Team is beginning next week 29th of April. This block also enables you to come to any other class we provide. It allows great flexibility if you are on shift work or chasing after kids trainings 😅
