Class involves mobility, strength training, conditioning & support/guidance from coaches.

Our annual coffee morning is this Friday the 20th of March. We have tickets for our raffle on the morning but also donation bucket within the gym. Please support this great cause that unfortunately comes every house. We will have sweet treats with coffee and tea also.
Next week the 3rd of March we are restarting our popular Intro to Fit Team 8 week block. Get in touch to book as we have already had inquiries.
