Westmeath. We are always open to new members and run training sessions every day of the week. We also offer a range of alternative therapies onsite and a range of Paleo foods, Nutrilite nutrition and XS Sports Nutrition.

What a start to a new month 😎☀️ sunshine and nice weather makes such a difference to your mood….you’re happier, more focused and want to be out taking advantage of the great weather & long days 🤩

With the longer days and decent weather, try and get outside, soak up all the vitamin D and fresh air you can…between the showers 😄…your body will thank you for it 💙

Summer time is when most of us look to improve our health & fitness…seeking out that “beach bod” 🫣 our focus is NOT on the “perfect abs” but more about getting a little bit fitter, healthier, stronger & happier in YOUR body and when the Abs come along it’ll be an extra bonus 😁🤩

Our next CrossFit Beginners Course of 2026 begins on Tuesday 19th May at 7:15pm 🎉🎉

Coach will take our beginners through the following topics:

* 9 Fundamental Movements of CrossFit 👨‍🎓

* How to move your body safely and efficiently before adding resistance 🏋🏻‍♀️🤸🏽

* Focus on Flexibility & Mobility 🧘🏻‍♀️

* Learn the Importance of Strength Training 💪🏻

* Learn in a small group, Meet new people & Have Fun

Spaces are limited and booking is essential 🤩

Course consists of 6weeks of training:

First 2 weeks you will learn the movements and how to lift safely and those classes will take place on Tuesday & Thursday at 7:15pm

The following 4 weeks you will join our scheduled classes where you will continue to learn about CrossFit while joining our main group 🤩

Throwback to January when joined us for some team strength & conditioning training in their preseason 🤩

What started out as a 4 week trial, has just finished after a 12week block 💪🏻 the improvements we have seen in all the lads over these 12 weeks has been amazing…not just in their conditioning but also their movement patterns and mobility 🙌🏻

It’s been an absolute pleasure to have the team training with us and we look forward to having them back for some more training soon 💪🏻💚

🔥 Over 50’s Class 🔥

Some awesome ladies from our over 50’s class… ages ranging from 50 to mid 70’s… these women are inspirational 🙌

Currently Ireland has the highest number of cases of osteoporosis in Europe, the majority of those cases being women… being compounded by reducing hormone levels from Peri-Menopause.

A shocking statistic is…
50% of women over 65 will break a bone 🥺🦴of that 50% more will Never Fully Recover, and will be Dead within 3 years 😳😳

Fragility fractures are Life Changing.

One of the main reasons people end up in nursing homes is from lack of mobility and strength.

We are living longer than ever before, but living longer isn’t enough…we need to live well 🧘🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️

These ladies are taking preventative care and trying to future-proof their bodies 💪🏻

Every class has Mobility, Strength and some Endurance.

We ensure correct movement before adding ANY resistance or intensity.

These ladies are learning also how important daily movement and nutrition is….it’s more than just a class…

Some of these ladies came unable to get onto the floor, unable to get up off the floor unaided, severe lack of stability, mobility or strength, and a poor cardio fitness…they are remarkable in all components of fitness here and we are so proud of the consistency from these ladies and the friendships they have made 💚🙌🏻
