With the longer days and decent weather, try and get outside, soak up all the vitamin D and fresh air you can…between the showers 😄…your body will thank you for it 💙
Summer time is when most of us look to improve our health & fitness…seeking out that “beach bod” 🫣 our focus is NOT on the “perfect abs” but more about getting a little bit fitter, healthier, stronger & happier in YOUR body and when the Abs come along it’ll be an extra bonus 😁🤩

Our next CrossFit Beginners Course of 2026 begins on Tuesday 19th May at 7:15pm 🎉🎉
Coach will take our beginners through the following topics:
* 9 Fundamental Movements of CrossFit 👨🎓
* How to move your body safely and efficiently before adding resistance 🏋🏻♀️🤸🏽
* Focus on Flexibility & Mobility 🧘🏻♀️
* Learn the Importance of Strength Training 💪🏻
* Learn in a small group, Meet new people & Have Fun
Spaces are limited and booking is essential 🤩
Course consists of 6weeks of training:
First 2 weeks you will learn the movements and how to lift safely and those classes will take place on Tuesday & Thursday at 7:15pm
The following 4 weeks you will join our scheduled classes where you will continue to learn about CrossFit while joining our main group 🤩
