Could your imagination be stopping you from recovering from pain?
Hear me out. Your imagination is one of the most powerful survival tools you have.
Fifty thousand years ago, it kept your ancestors alive.
Today, it might be the very thing keeping you stuck in pain.
Not because the pain isn't real, it absolutely is.
But because the same mechanism that helped us predict and survive danger back then is still running in the background now.
Replaying old injuries.
Simulating what might go wrong.
Reinforcing the belief that movement is dangerous.
And the frustrating part is that it all feels completely logical from the inside.
In this week's video, I break down exactly why this happens and a simple three-part approach to start changing it.
If you've been dealing with persistent pain and feel like you're going around in circles, this one is worth your time.

Have you ever caught yourself side-on in a photo and thought…
“Is my head starting to sit a bit too far forward?”
Or maybe someone has told you that you have text neck, a neck hump, or rounded shoulders.
Most people try to fix this by forcing themselves to “sit up straight” all day.
But that’s usually not the answer.
Because your body isn’t stupid.
It’s adapting to what you do most.
And once you understand that, posture starts to make a lot more sense.
I’ve just recorded a 7-minute video explaining why forward head posture happens, why it can feel so hard to change, and what your body actually needs if you want to improve it.
This is especially for you if:
* You sit at a desk most days
* Your neck or upper back feels stiff or tired
* You’ve noticed your shoulders rounding forward
* You’ve tried “better posture” before but couldn’t keep it up
* You want a simple explanation without being made to feel broken
The important bit isn’t just the exercises.
It’s understanding why your body got there in the first place.
And when that clicks, the solution becomes much more practical.

Attention Plantar Fasciitis Sufferers!!
The good weather has come in… and you know what that means.
People start getting out more.
More walking.
More running.
More gardening.
More golf.
More standing around in shoes they haven’t worn all winter.
And then, a few weeks later, there’s always an influx of plantar fasciitis.
That horrible heel pain first thing in the morning.
You get out of bed, put your foot down, and it feels like someone has stuck a stone or a hot coal right under your heel.
Then after a few minutes, it eases, so you think, “Ah, it’s not too bad.”
But then it keeps coming back.
Here’s the interesting bit.
If it’s one foot, there’s usually a fairly obvious reason.
It might look like it’s come out of nowhere.
Or that nothing has really changed.
But when you dig a little deeper, there’s usually something going on in the background.
But when both feet flare up at the same time, I always ask a different question:
“What else is going on in the system?”
Because sometimes the foot is only part of the story.
There’s usually more going on than just the foot itself… and it’s not always what people expect.
So the answer usually isn’t just “stretch it and hope.”
You need to work out what’s driving it.
Then calm things down.
Support the foot.
Reload the tissue gradually.
And build back up without constantly poking the bear.
I’ve just made a 13-minute video explaining why plantar fasciitis happens, why it sometimes affects both feet, and the simple steps I use with clients to get it moving in the right direction again.

If you've been told you have wear and tear in your knee and you're starting to wonder if surgery is inevitable, I made this video for you.
Most people never get told that a huge number of people walk around with changes showing up on their knee scans and feel absolutely nothing. No pain. Nothing. So what does that tell us?
It tells us the scan isn't always the full story.
In this video, I break down why knee pain really happens, why the things most of us do, such as rest, painkillers, and avoiding movement, can quietly make things worse over time, and what you can actually do about it.
I also cover the fear-avoidance cycle that keeps so many people stuck, why stress and sleep affect your pain more than most people realise, and a simple step-by-step approach to rebuilding your knee's strength and confidence.
No surgery. No complicated equipment. Just a clear explanation and a plan you can start this week.
So if you have ten minutes and you're ready to look at your knee pain differently, the link is in the comments. Or you can share it with someone who has knee pain.

True sciatica or not?
Have you got pain in your hip that travels down your leg?
A lot of people immediately think… sciatica.
The question is, is it true sciatica, or is it something else entirely?
That distinction changes everything when it comes to what you should (and shouldn’t) be doing.
Most people get this part wrong and end up stuck in a cycle of trying things that don’t actually help.
There’s a much clearer way to approach it.
In this video, I break it down so you can start to understand what’s really going on, what direction to take next, and ways to help yourself resolve it.

Most people think they got injured because their form was wrong.
That's the explanation we reach for because it gives us something to fix, something to blame.
But what if I were to tell you there are other areas that have a greater influence on why we get injured than having the perfect form?
So what's actually going on?
In this video, I walk you through 5 reasons people keep picking up injuries, and I promise, by the end of it you're going to see this whole thing through a completely different lens.
And no, none of them are "you lifted wrong."
This is for anyone who keeps getting injured and can't figure out why. Or anyone who's been told it's all about their technique and it still hasn't made a difference.

Have you ever recovered from an injury, been given the all-clear... but still felt like something was holding you back?
Maybe you're not in pain anymore. Maybe you're moving well. But there's just this hesitation. This lack of confidence that wasn't there before.
If that sounds familiar, this 7-minute video is for you.
I use the story of a young soccer player returning after an ACL injury, but honestly, it doesn't matter what sport you play, what injury you had, or how long ago it happened.
This applies to anyone who's been through a rehabilitation process and just isn't quite 100% when they get back to activity.
It's not a mental weakness. It's not nerves. And it's not in your head.
Your nervous system is doing exactly what it's designed to do.
Understanding why, and what to do about it, could be the difference between getting back to your best... or staying stuck in that cycle of holding back and never quite feeling like yourself again.

You know that little crack or pop your knee makes when you sit down, stand up, or go up the stairs?
Most people hear it and their mind immediately jumps to...
"Is that arthritis?"
"Is something wearing down in there?"
"Is this the start of something serious?"
And honestly, that reaction makes total sense. The sound is sharp. It's unexpected. And we've all heard someone say "that's your cartilage wearing away" or "that's bone on bone."
But here's the thing.
The story most people have been told about that noise... isn't actually the real story.
And the belief you build around that sound can quietly start to change the way you move without you even realising it.
This 5-minute video is for you if:
👉 Your knee clicks or pops regularly, and it's in the back of your mind
👉 You've started avoiding certain movements because of it
👉 You're not sure whether to be worried or not
I also cover the simple self-check you can do at home to tell whether there's actually anything worth paying attention to, and what the real red flags are.
It's not what most people think.
