Hey Everyone just going to give you a small insight into my background.

I spent 3 years as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach to Roscommon Senior ladies football team (2017 - 2020). I also worked as Strength & Conditioning coach to Roscommon minors (2015-16).

I attained a Bachelors (BSc) and Masters (MSc) degree in S&C during this period through Limerick Institute of technology (LIT)

Having spent the last 8 years in the fitness industry also, I am now in a position to take on this new challenge.
If anyone is interested in training to a high standard with a target in mind or with the ambition of training in a structured programme aimed at increasing your overall well being then this is for you.
