Vajra Yoga is a holistic approach to health.
A system that includes philosophy, psychology, and practices with the body, aimed at understanding one's own nature and getting rid of suffering.
Vajra yoga is suitable for people of any age, any physique, suitable for children. It is especially useful for people who have problems with the spine and also for all those who want to keep their back strong and healthy.
Vajra yoga is suitable for both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners.
In practices with the body, we use only safe techniques, relying on the knowledge of anatomy and modern medicine, as well as relying on primary sources, ancient treatises on yoga.
In working with the mind, we use meditation, Mahamudra, the practice of non-duality, mindfulness. We use the middle path in everything.
Spiritually, we profess freedom and a good attitude towards all living beings. Vajra is not a religion, followers can profess different spiritual views, taking into account the recognition of the freedom of othersπ§π»ββοΈ

How to save and increase energy β¨
Try to observe your thoughts during the day. How often do they take your attention to the past or future?
Immersing yourself in thoughts about another time, a person sometimes gets so involved in this process that they do not consciously live today, feeling all the colors of the current moment.
In Tibetan yoga, there is a concept called Dzinpa - this is the clinging of the mind to objects, beliefs, as well as experiences about the past or future.
Such clinging takes away energy and does not allow you to live a full life.
This does not mean at all that you do not need to remember, analyze or plan! This means that you should not get hung up on these thoughts.
Where the thought flows, your energy flows too!
Therefore, it is important to learn to keep your thoughts under control, being here and now, preserving and accumulating your energyπ§π»ββοΈποΈ
