If you've been longing to slow down, reconnect with your body, release stress, and spend a weekend immersed in nature, we warmly invite you to our body-oriented wellness retreat in the beautiful forests of Wicklow.

💰 Participation:
• Adults – €35/day or €60 for the full retreat
• Young people (16–30) – €20/day or €30 for the full retreat

These classes are suitable for both men and women and for all levels of experience, whether you're completely new to yoga or have an established practice.

Together we will explore movement, breathwork, flexibility, strength, and relaxation in a supportive and friendly environment.
