Leaving noting behind except your sweat patch.

The weather's hot, it doesn't mean you can't workout. It just means you adapt your training.

Best times/ ways to train:
- early mornings or late evenings
- In the shade, gyms, studios etc...
- Light clothing, sun cream and hats
- Access to water and electrolytes

Knowledge, when exercising is important.

Why?
When exercising, knowledge helps people train safely and effectively. When individuals understand proper exercise techniques, they reduce the risk of injuries and improve their overall performance.
Knowledge also helps people choose the most suitable workout methods for their specific fitness goals.

As a Trainer, I try to use a wide variety of exercise types, i.e., strength, flexibility, aerobic, balance, etc. Even if clients are mainly with me to improve their strength, they will cover the other exercise types. Why is it important?

No point in being able to lift a bed at home when the heart can't cope with the pressure!

Below is a workout plan that I asked one of my younger clients to create, with the intention of getting me, her trainer, to complete it. However, the real purpose of the task was to help her learn how to plan and structure a workout session. I think she did a very good job.

When you learn the what and the why, your exercise becomes more enjoyable and the risk of injuries decreases.

Look after yourself, Keep learning, keep growing.

Sometimes showing up is enough.

Yes, it's been a busy week, work is hectic, kids are running a muck, the dog s**t everywhere (my experience πŸ˜†) and there's just about an excuse not to get your butt out the door.

But, then you do. You push on through, regardless. And then, you're glad you turned up.

Always turn up.

I wouldn’t call it an off day β€” just a day to step away from the high-intensity, fast-paced workouts and refocus on technique and raw strength.

Those big compound lifts β€” bench press, deadlifts, and all the fun stuff β€” remind you that, no matter what, you’re still in good form.
