Consistency.
Consistency means showing up regularly and putting in effort, even when you do not feel motivated.
It does not mean exercising every single day;
It does not mean eating right every single day;
It does not mean being the best or greatest at something...
That's fantasy bull*hit for normal peps and mostly only works for athletes who are lookedafter.
For us mere mortals,
It is about changing and building habits that you can maintain over time.
Staying consistent helps improve strength, fitness, confidence, and overall health.
In my opinion, one key thing to do is focus on long-term progress rather than expecting immediate results.

Thereβs no quick fix β itβs a lifestyle change.
Challenge yourself.
Iβm incredibly proud of Shauna, who recently completed her first-ever 10km event (Run Athy) and achieved a fantastic PB! πββοΈπ
Back in 2024 (photo left), Shauna and running were worlds apart. In fact, even the suggestion of running would probably have been firmly slapped down! π
Fast-forward to 2026 (photo right), and l'm now looking at how far she's come.
Shauna is standing proud as a fantastic runner, having built not only incredible physical strength and fitness, but also the mental resilience to keep showing up, keep pushing forward and keep believing in herself.
