I was lucky enough to train with Dom in St Michael’s Athy for my last few years as an amateur.

He’s a proper boxing man who has dedicated a huge part of his life to the sport and has always been someone I’ve had great respect for.

I got to see first hand the knowledge, experience and time he puts into helping boxers, and I know how much that means to people coming through the sport 🥊🇮🇪

**JUNIOR BOXING IS BACK THIS SUNDAY!**

Our Sunday morning class for younger boxers returns *this Sunday, 13th September at 10am*.

Ages 6–10
10am–11am
€2 per child

It’s a chance for kids to give boxing a try, learn the basics, get active and have some fun.

No experience needed and no need to buy any gear, we have gloves etc. at the club. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.

Over the years, St Michael’s has produced more than 100 Irish Champions, as well as European and World gold medallists, and Olympians, with a few of our former boxers going on to the professional ranks.

Every one of them had to start somewhere.

Maybe your little fighter will be the next success story!
Or they might just enjoy getting fit, and being part of a group.
