Next week's timetable.

The extra Tuesday session of Strength and Stability at 7pm is a busy addition. It's great to have an extra session especially in the busy 5-6 weeks of school wind down.

Monday evening's Strong Mamas session for pregnant ladies who want to maintain their fitness throughout their pregnancy has a couple of more spots available. (This would also suit post partum mums that can't get to the Mum & Baby Club in the morning.)
