Martial Arts Education Zanshin Arts was founded in September 2004 by Sensei Stephen Kelly.

The club has been operating successfully since then from it’s location in Mayo and Galway. Students of the club have the opportunity to study martial arts such as traditional Karate, Kobudo (Okinawan Weapons), Kickboxing, the Korean Sword art Headong Kumdo from the United World Headong Kumdo Federation and take part in fitness and strength and conditioning classes. Well done tonight to the Milltown and Claremorris Karate students who took part in our Sports Kenjutsu and Savate seminar in Milltown tonight. A big thank you to Senseis Ray, Brian, Fionnán and Benas for sharing their knowledge. Even managed a bit of bo-jutsu with the black belts after. Looking forward yo seeing you all at our next event. 👊 🙏
