Tracy at TheStudio This is the Pilates experience not to be missed! Do you want to improve your posture? Unisex and mixed classes to meet everyone’s ideal exercise experience.

We cater for the beginner right up to the competitive sports person, guaranteeing each customer will get the best Pilates workout to suit their needs. Pilates is our Passion and we want to share it and have you experience the life enhancing benefits. All classes are designed to ‘fit you’ so you get the optimum Pilates workout. A class with no more than 12 participants is available to ensure customers get what they want. Your personal goals can be achieved with Pilates Fit!

Hi everyone! Finally the wait is over! Here are my Reformer times and mat class times. 🎉 I’m so excited to get back to the studio, see some familiar faces and welcome some new ones too. As you know, I’m passionate about Pilates and movement, and my aim is to create a safe, supportive and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable, can build confidence and work towards your individual goals. Classes resume Monday Sept 7th. See you in the studio very soon.
