We have Tuesday & Thursday available at 7am

Also, we added Wednesday slot at 5.30pm!

4 slots available so secure your place before its booked out!

Due to high class volume, we would like to share that you will have to follow instruction above to participate Pilates class on Monday & Wednesday.

1. Arrive no earlier than 6pm to collect your ticket.
2. There is 22 spaces available so first/ served rule.
3. Mats to be put around no earlier than 6.15 pm.
4. Hold on to your ticket before class will start.
5. Enjoy your class!

We are offering small group Personal Training sessions.

Tuesdays with Inga or Thursdays with Dawid at 7am! (60 minutes)

Starts from 8th of September, it is beginner/intermediate friendly as also for people who wants to learn about exercising and get to know how does body respond to it!

Ratio 1:4 is ideally combined to give you maximum attention and make sure you technique and tempo is at perfect level.

Through you 6 weeks course, you will also learn which exercises are suits you the best as also you will learn and get to know different exercises.

On the top of it, your will be given a 6 weeks programme to make sure you maximise your fitness potential and will get best possible results!

We would like to announce that our brand new Swim Academy is launched and open for bookings!

1. New revised syllabus
2. New level criteria
3. New 4+ baby pool class to build confidence and foundations!
4. Free assessment required!

On the top of it, your child is getting:

1. Swim academy starter pack, which requires, Swim hat, swimming bag and a bottle

2. Practice makes perfect cards, which means that outside of the Swim lessons you child can Practice at their own time accompanied by an adult (adult fee is €8.00)
