"I reached out to Louise back in February with an aim to losing weight, toning up and improve my fitness level. The work Louise has done with me has blown me away, Louise's professionalism, her knowledge, motivation and patience are very evident in each session. Louise always changed up my training with a different challenge in each session, the encouragement Louise gives made these challenges possible. **Client Shoutout** HATS OFF to for this fantastic achievement of fat loss and toning ππͺ
When Joy reached out to me in February she was unhappy with her weight,how unfit she was feeling and how her clothes felt. After 10 weeks of PT over a 13 wk period it's unbelievable how far she has come,we worked on strengthening her lower back and overall fitness, she is much fitter, not as caught in her chest anymore and looking and feeling Great.Her Goal was to drop a dress size for an upcoming wedding and she's smashed that and more π.im so happy for her I'm buzzing writing this post.I know It's not the end for Joy she has dropped over 5kgs and lost 11 inches in total from her body !!!!! π and now has a new goal in her sights, well done Joy π
Tried these crispie treats that have gone viral No bake ,Gluten free, 4 ingredients, simple and delicious.
πΈοΈ4 corn cakes
πΈοΈ2 tbsp peanut butter
πΈοΈ2 tbsp honey
πΈοΈ dark chocolate to top
πΆοΈ break corncakes into small pieces.
πΆοΈ add PB and honey, mix well
πΆοΈ put in tin and top with melted choc
πΆοΈ put in fridge for 10 mins

3 yrs ago today I was at graduation party receiving my Certs,proud moment being rewarded for doing something out of my comfort zone and thought I was too old to do,the crazy things we tell ourselves! we r never too old to start something new ππππππ

A Big Shout out to my Client , these pics are 4 wks apart and she's doing absolutely amazing ππ€© Total inch loss to date is 5.25" and a down a belt notch!! Her energy levels are higher and overall feeling Healthier in herselfππ.
Joy is doing 2 x 30 min sessions a wk, no strict meal plan, She's making healthier choices,reduced portion size and tracking her food on my fitness Pal with a daily calorie deficit.Im excited to see what the next 4 wks brings for Joy, shes getting stronger and fitter each weekπͺπͺ

Today was my Clients last session with me,Melissa did an 8 wk package of 2 weekly sessions,no meal plan- she made healthier choices and watched portion size and is down an AMAZING 8.75 inches !!! Fantastic achievement from a determined lady to lose baby weight while on maternity leave,I wish her the best of luck going forward and with her return to work next wk keep up the good workπͺπ
