My yoga practice is not about stretching.

It’s about remembering.

Remembering that I don’t have to fill every moment.
That rest is not something I need to earn.
That softening is sometimes more powerful than pushing.
That saying no can be an act of kindness.
That I don’t need to do more to be enough.

Life has a way of making us forget these things.

Yoga brings us back home to ourselves.

An Afternoon of Gentle & Restorative Yoga, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra

As the seasons shift and the days gradually become shorter, September invites us back into routine.
It offers us a natural opportunity to pause, realign and set our intentions for the rest of the year.

Join Claire Dunniece, Senior Yoga & Relaxation teacher for a gathering inspired by the changing season.

An afternoon filled with intentional moments encouraging us to pause and notice more of what we wish to receive, rather than constantly asking ourselves what we need to do.

Moments to slow down. To listen. To reconnect with yourself and meet yourself exactly where you are.

Gentle Yoga, soothing pranayama (breath) and nurturing restorative techniques will support down regulation of the nervous system and cultivate a sense of grounding and ease.

Everything is supplied but you may wish to bring something to cover your eyes during Yoga Nidra.
