I am soooo delighted to be back teaching in the Douglas/Blackrock area after 10 years 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Kick starting on Tuesday the 5th November in Cork Con at 9.30am and 6.30pm 🙌🏻
My style of Yoga Sculpt is Vinyasa flow yoga + light weights + house music 🤸🏻♀️🏋🏻♀️🎧🧘🏻♀️

Your mat awaits you!!! Studio classes are back up and running this week!! 🥳🥳
It is so brill to be back!! Great to see lots of my Yogi buddies back on the mat and to welcome lots of new faces!!
Some of the classes are already booked out with waiting lists 🫣 but there is still spaces in many. Here is the timetable, classes held in the gorgeous studio in Oriel House Hotel
Mondays:
🤰🏻 Prenatal yoga............................. 5.45pm
💪🏻 Vinyasa level 2/3....................... 7pm
🧘🏻♀️ Vinyasa Beginner/Improvers..... 8.15pm
Wednesdays:
🧘🏻♀️ Hatha yoga all levels.................. 9.30am
👩🏻🍼 Mummy and baby yoga............. 11am

14 classes of boys later I am ready to collapse 😅 but loved every second of it and feel so lucky to have my best helpers Bobby and Tadhg to help me out 😍

I am back on Barleycove Beach this weekend 🙌🏼⛱️😎🧘🏼♀️ Class is on this Saturday at 10am, yah!!
I am soooo excited it is starting to feel a little more like summer 🌞
Forecast is dry and sunny but definitely a warm jumper might be needed. Gorgeous weather to get stretching on the sand ❤️
