Huge congratulations to on hitting an incredible milestone today — 500,000 metres completed 🔥
Steve is only the SECOND person in the gym to hit this mark, and it’s no surprise to anyone who trains with him. He’s hard work, consistent, shows up and just gets it done.
Half a million metres down… and there’s absolutely no stopping him now on the road to 1 MILLION he’s hot on your heels 💪💪.

THE ENGINE ROOM RUNNING COMMUNITY 🏃♀️
What a first night 🙌
We’re genuinely delighted with how our first Running Community meet-up went and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better turnout or atmosphere.
A huge thank you to everyone who came down, got involved, asked questions, and helped make the first evening such a success. The energy in the room has us really excited about where this community can go over the coming months 💪
Big thanks as well to Donncha from for sharing his knowledge and kicking things off in such a positive and welcoming way. Really looking forward to working with you over the next while.

Whether you’ve never run before, want to improve your fitness, train for your first 5K, or take on a marathon — this is for YOU.
We’re teaming up with Donncha from FitForLong - an expert in all things running - to launch a new running community designed to help people of all levels get moving, improve their running, and enjoy training with others 💪

We’re delighted with the success of the very first Momentum 60+ class at The Engine Room Fitness — and even more delighted that it was a full class 👏
Momentum 60+ is specifically designed to help people stay fitter, stronger, and more independent for longer.
The class is broken into 2 sections:
✅ A cardio section to improve fitness
✅ A strength & mobility section to help with everyday life
Everyone really enjoyed today’s class, and there’s already calls for us to add a second session — so watch this space 👀

Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, looking to level up your individual or sporting team’s endurance, Revelate is the perfect low impact class for you!
•45 minute, heart-pumping cardio experience
•Row, Bike, and Ski on Concept 2 machines
•Suitable to all levels, with varied workouts tailored to your level
The Revelate app will track your performance, meters and progress
✅ IGNITION
A fun class that will improve your fitness, endurance and strength, suitable for all levels.
•50 minute, high tempo metabolic conditioning (MetCon) class
•Combines cardio, body weight, free weights, kettlebells, wall balls and more
•Functional movements that can be scaled to your level
✅ IGNITION - ROX
You can expect the same fun and movements as our Ignition class, but with an emphasis on Hyrox. Ideal for anyone new to Hyrox or preparing for a Hyrox race.
• 50 minute, high tempo metabolic conditioning (MetCon) class
•Features elements of a Hyrox race including cardio, ski’erg, rowing, lunges, burpees, farmer’s carry, kettlebells & wall balls
•Can be scaled to your level
✅ TURBO - STRONG
Specifically focused on building muscle and bone strength. Structured training where sessions are slower-paced and carefully-coached.
•50 minute class
•Combines barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands & more
•Suitable for beginners up to seasoned lifters
✅ TURBO - X FIT
A varied & exciting class that will test fitness levels up to the most seasoned athlete, in a supportive and progressive environment.
•50 minute, CrossFit style class
•Combines strength, skill, and conditioning into a daily WOD
•Mixes strength training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and functional fitness.
Not recommended for beginners
