William Smith is a qualified coach & personal trainer is offering a range of FAME (fitness, agility, mobility, energy) classes. They are free zoom classes for all abilities. A call out to all Grand Master Irish Paddlers or put it another way....Are you over 50 and can still hold a paddle? Yes! We are looking to set up a Senior B Irish team - mixed crew to race in Europe (location & date to be confirmed) in the Season of 2020. Continue to train with your own team & we will meet up as a crew in the New Year in each other's venues. We will set up a page to support each other along the way and prepare to race. The only pre-requisites (other than age) you must love to paddle, love to win, be prepared to train to your best efforts then trust and be kind to your crew. It's a family affair! Cork Harbour Festival & Ocean to City with Dublin Vikings Dragon Boat & kilkenny paddlers

Real dragonboat community in action. Kilkenny KACC dragons invited Dublin Vikings Dragon Boat to paddle together for the weekend. Shared their boats, city, hospitality & homes!

Dublin Vikings will be attending the London HK Dragon Boat Festival on June 3rd and have a number of spaces available for experienced Irish paddlers from any club.

This is a great event with entertainment on land, a food festival and lots of racing against British and some international clubs. The logistics are easy as the race venue is in walking distance from London City airport and a number of hotels. We traveled to this event last year and had a fantastic weekend, it is highly recommended!

Happy Friday Paddlers! We have arranged for a BDA Accredited coach to come to Dublin for a two-day Coaching Course. It will include a follow-up session to confirm your accreditation! Can we have a show of paddles & your preferred training location? (if numbers allow, we could arrange a second)
