PREGNANCY PILATES ✨
Learn the ancient art of yoga breathing, drawing a wonderful supply of fresh oxygen to you and your baby. This breathing technique will aid relaxation, sleep and labour.
With the use of props, you will move your body in a safe and soothing way, relieving back pain, heavy legs and pelvic pressure. Each class will finish with a guided meditation.
The class is suitable for women who have passed the 12 week mark in their pregnancy with their doctors approval.
