Get your stretches in, drink loads of water and get your beauty sleep! To all Wanderers Women, if you’re still on your phone or still up by half past 11, time to turn it off and reflect on what and how you want to perform on the pitch tomorrow and then go straight to bed. Wake up early tomorrow, have your breakfast, and arrive in Tallaght with full of commitment and passion for rugby 😘 Be sharp! Best of luck Blue Angels! 💙🖤
