Natural Balance Foods are a young British company devoted to increasing world happiness with yummy healthy snacks, humour and helpfulness. That means they make delicious, good-for-you munchies, do their best to help others, and try to spread a little joy along the way.
At Natural Balance Foods they started making healthy wholefood alternatives to processed foods in 2004. They knew people had low taste expectations of healthfood (think mung beans and rice crackers) and that they could do something far more exciting.

Joining us on the Information Exchange Stage on both days of the show is Malorie Knoester from the Coeliac Society of Ireland.
Malorie is a registered Nutrition Therapist and Coeliac Consumer Advice Manager at the Coeliac Society of Ireland. Malorie completed her education and training in Canada and has been actively engaged in the natural health industry since 2010. Her passion for health and wellness has taken form in various roles that include nutrition consultancy, public and corporate health education and working with natural health products, supplements and foods.
In 2015, Malorie moved from Canada to Ireland and has continued to remain actively engaged in nutrition education and the natural health product sector. At the Coeliac Society, Malorie is responsible for on-going member support and guidance through the recommendation and oversight of suitable food and health products. She also regularly networks and collaborates with local food producers and retailers throughout Ireland for the production of the society’s annual Gluten Free Food List.
