I always look forward to this class, and it's lovely community feel ❤️✨ Delighted how we're all enjoying the 30 day challenge together moving, meditating, reading, podcasting and sometimes just "being". Great to have Katie in the mix, and new faces are always welcome on the mat.

*30 day challenge* starts today! So excited for everyone who has jumped on board!
Use this next 30 days to mix up your routine! Try something new for the list, or do more of what you like runs, swims, yoga, journaling etc.
Personally I am going to stick to my mediation routine ( treat myself to a few new candles and incense, and set up a mediation space in a corner of the sitting room ) and go back to using the "Headspace" and "Calm" apps. I also need to wrap up warm and get more fresh air and daylight whenever I can, especially with the darker winter evenings. When I spend a day indoors and miss the daylight hours I really feel it mentally, so this is something I need to prioritise.
Enjoy the next 30 days, stay present and focused and reap the wellness results 🤗
