Our U13 Girls played neighbours Real Tubber in Tubbercurry this afternoon. It was a game of two strong teams. Our girls came away with a well deserved 2-0 win. Well done girls 👏🟩⬜️⚽️

Peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Oliver, parents Dolly and Patrick Duffy, brothers Thomas and Tony.

Loving mother of Caroline and Austin (Maggie). Una will be sadly missed by her daughter, son, adored granddaughter Lisa (Ronan), grandsons Paul (Katie), Steven, Kelvin and Corey, great grandchildren Tristan, Morgan, Charlotte, Jacob, Eira, Frankie, sister Marie, brothers Seamie and Eamon, nieces, nephews, relatives, wonderful neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at McGowans Crematorium and Funeral Home, Collooney, Co Sligo (F91 AKW5) on Monday 14th September from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. A Celebration of Una’s life will take place on Tuesday 15th September at 12:00pm at McGowans Crematorium and Funeral Home, Collooney.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to NW Hospice, Sligo.

Our U13 Boys played Carrick at home in Brother Walfrid Park on Sat 12th September and we came away with 2-0 win. Well done boys 👏⚽️🟩⬜️

Ballymote Celtic under 15 girls opened there league/cup with a hard earned victory against Gurteen.Ballymote took an early lead but Gurteen came back with a long strike and excellent goal 1-1 half time. Ballymote started quickly second half with 2 quick goals 3-1 but Gurteen never gave up to come back and make it 3-3 before Ballymote got a winner 3 minutes from time.Well done to both sets of players for a fantastic exciting game of football
