Just to let you know that our Morning Circuits class is postponed until next week. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thanks!

⚠️Road conditions are very challenging across the county this morning even on routes that were recently treated.

🛑Cork County Council is advising essential travel only.

❄️ Our salters and ploughs were out throughout the night. However, there are reports of dangerous conditions right across the county.

🚗 National primary and national secondary routes are passable with extreme care. However, don’t assume a road is safe even it is has been recently treated.

⚠️There is an Artic lorry stuck on R585 at Cousane, this road will be closed.

Morning all, we will be opening a little later this morning as it’s not safe to be travelling yet. We will update you all as the weather changes. Thanks for your understanding and be safe!

Howdy Folks, Happy New Year to you all!
We have a busy week to kick off the new year with the return of Shane and some of his gym classes this week. We also have Aqua Aerobics resuming this week on Tuesdays and Thursdays as normal.
The Masters Swimming class with Steve Redmond continue on Mondays at 6:30pm.
Our Public Lessons return this week, starting on Tuesday, and the term will run for six weeks. There are still a limited number of spaces left in our weekend classes so pop an email to the pool if you want to get your children booked in for those classes.

Hi All, due to the awful forecast and the shocking amount of rain that has fallen, we will be closing a little early at 5pm today. Apologies for any inconvenience! Stay safe and we are open again tomorrow morning as normal.

Swim Lessons! We have a few spaces left in our public swimming lessons for the new year. Lessons start Tuesday 7th Jan for six weeks. Sign up via email on [email protected]. Some classes are already full so you won’t see them here but all day/time slots available are listed in the ad below.
Swimming is such a valuable life skill to have and there’s never a better time to learn than when you’re young!

Hi All,
Last schedule of 2024! We have a few activities back this week for anyone who wishes to pop down and try shifting the Christmas feast early!
The Masters swimming is on tonight at 6:30 and the sauna is hot and waiting for you after!
We have Fit For Life on Tuesday morning at the usual time of 9:30am and the Active Plus class resumes on Friday at 10am.
Please note we have slightly reduced hours tomorrow (New Years Eve) and we are closed on New Years Day, reopening Thursday 2nd Jan bright and early!
A huge thank you to all who support our lovely centre; your smiles, chats and stories are what make our weeks brighter!

Just a quick announcement that we are holding our Christmas Day swim at the pier in Baltimore at 12pm on the best day of all! Please come down to support the mad swimmers jumping in for a good cause as all funds raised will be put back into the pool and fitness centre right here in Baltimore.
