That’s a wrap on our 2026 MFitness Kids Summer Camp! ☀️
What a week we had.
The weather couldn’t have been better, the kids brought unbelievable energy every day, and our coaches were amazing from start to finish.
It was great to see so many smiling faces, new friendships being made and everyone getting stuck into every activity.
A big thank you to Edmund, Joe and everyone at Our Lady’s Secondary School, Belmullet for looking after us so well and allowing us to use the fantastic facilities all week.
And finally, thanks to all the parents for sending your children to us.
We really appreciate the support and hope they all headed home tired, happy and with plenty of stories to tell.
See you all next summer! 💛🖤 🤜🤛

One thing that never gets old in MFitness is seeing someone walk through the door for the very first time.
Starting is hard. Most people spend weeks, sometimes months, thinking about it before they finally decide to give it a go.
This past week we’ve had 6 new people join different classes.
What has been even more impressive is seeing some of them come back again and again!
One beginner completed 4 workouts in their first week.
That’s what inspires us.
Not the perfect workout. Not the heaviest lift. Not the fastest time.
The courage it takes to show up when you’re nervous, unsure, or feel like everyone else is ahead of you.
Our job is simple:
➡️ Encourage you to start.
➡️ Support you when you need it.
➡️ Celebrate with you when you achieve something you didn’t think was possible.
Summer is a brilliant time to begin. The first workout doesn’t have to be perfect. You just have to take the first step.
And this week, 6 people did exactly that🤜🤛
Drop a DM with the word “Start” it’s that simple.
Prefer what’s APP or phone: call Michael on 0860723820
No obligation to join, no pressure to start, just a conversation about what’s possible for you.

🔥 THE BIGGEST DEBATE IN MFitness… 🔥
Walk into the gym and you’ll see every type of trainer imaginable.
👟 Puma
👟 HOKA
👟 Adidas
👟 Nike
👟 ON
👟 New Balance
👟 Brooks
👟 ASICS
👟 Reebok Nano
👟 Nike Metcon
And everyone will tell you theirs is the best. 😆
But the real question is…
👉 Best for what?
Running?
Strength training?
HIIT classes?
HYROX?
Or do you need one shoe that can do a bit of everything?
Some people want maximum comfort.
Some want speed.
Some want stability under a barbell.
Some want a shoe that can handle whatever workout is on the board that day.
So let’s settle this once and for all…
👇 What’s your go-to training shoe?
Tell us what you’re wearing and what you use it for.
Running, weights, HIIT, HYROX, or a mix of everything?

Most people overcomplicate getting healthier.
Stop looking for shortcuts and start focusing on the basics that actually work.
✅ 1. GET TO THE GYM 3 TIMES
Not 7.
Not every day.
Just 3 solid sessions.
Strength training helps build muscle, improve fitness, boost confidence, and create the foundation for long-term health.
✅ 2. INCREASE YOUR CURRENT CARDIO
Meet yourself where you’re at.
If you’re currently doing very little, start by increasing your daily steps.
If you’re already active, add a 5km walk, jog, or run.
The goal isn’t to become a marathon runner overnight—it’s simply to do a little more than you’re doing right now.
✅ 3. DRINK MORE WATER & EAT MORE PROTEIN
Most people are walking around dehydrated and under-consuming protein.
Aim for:
💧 2-3 litres of water per day
🥩 A source of protein at every meal
You’ll recover better, feel fuller for longer, and have more energy throughout the day.
The people who get the best results aren’t doing anything extraordinary.
They’re consistently doing the basics.
Which of these 3 do you need to focus on most this week?
Take action today🚀🚀
Monday sets the tone for the week🤜🤛
