New Class - Bone Health Reformer Pilates

A specialised class designed to build strength, improve balance, and support healthy bones through safe, functional movement.

Starts Friday at 9:30am

If someone you know could benefit from stronger bones, better balance, and greater confidence in movement, please share this with them.

Our Mama & Baby Reformer Class has been added to the timetable! Starting this Thursday morning at 10:30.

Designed for new mamas, this class is a gentle and effective way to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and enjoy some movement time with your little one by your side.

Before joining, please ensure you have received clearance from your doctor or healthcare provider. We recommend waiting until at least 6 weeks postpartum following a vaginal birth and 12 weeks postpartum following a C-section.

Every postpartum journey is different. Listen to your body, take your time, and don’t feel pressured to rush back into exercise if you don’t feel ready.

See you at Rise.

Your whole summer,
sorted.
Stay moving. Feel good. All summer long.

Summer is here — and with it, the longer evenings, the school holidays, and the (very Irish) mix of sunshine and everything else life throws in.

It’s also the time of year when a movement practice is the first thing to quietly disappear. Not because you want to stop — but because schedules shift, routines loosen, and before you know it, September arrives and you’re starting from scratch again.

We don’t want that for you. So we’ve made it easy to keep moving — whatever your summer looks like.

Hi everyone,

Thank you all for your feedback last week. Based on your suggestions, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be introducing a couple of new classes over the coming weeks.

One request we’ve received consistently throughout the year, and one I’ve been particularly excited to launch, is our Mama & Baby classes.

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find the time and motivation to exercise when you have a baby. And if you’re anything like me, you may not have wanted your little one out of your sight in the early stages. These classes are designed to help you get moving, meet other mums, and enjoy some time for yourself while keeping your baby close by.

We’ll be sharing more details very soon, so keep an eye out!

NEW CLASS ALERT ✨

After lots of requests we’re happy to share that we’ve added a Prenatal Reformer Pilates class to our schedule.

Designed to support you safely through pregnancy, these classes focus on gentle strength, core and pelvic floor support, mobility, posture, and breathwork, helping you feel strong, supported, and connected throughout every trimester.

A calm, low-impact space to move, breathe, and prepare your body for birth and recovery.

Suitable for all trimesters.
