Congratulations to Alan for becoming our club's newest dan grade at the dan grading today! After a well deserved batsugan and successful kata exam, Alan can now proudly wear a black belt, which is a testament to all of Alan's hard work and dedication on the mat for the past number of years!

After a fantastic season we are now closed for the summer. We will be back on the mat on September 3rd. Enjoy the summer and stay active!

The Masterclasses will be lead by renowned technical coach, Takafumi Kitahara. Classes are open to all players aged +12 years and hold a valid IJA/EJU/IJF license. Check out the details below and book your spot early to avoid disappointment!

Class 1: 10:30am - 12:00pm (players class)
Class 2: 12:30pm - 2:00pm (players class)
Class 3: 3:00pm - 5:00pm (coaches/referees class)

Class 1 & Class 2: €30 total
Class 3: €20

Great day for our two players at the national gradings today.
Alan fought well and completed his theory to earn his senior brown belt.
Oisin achieved 5 wins (batsugun) towards his black belt. He only needs to complete his theory/katas at a later stage to earn his black belt.

Well done lads, your hard work on the mat paid off! The sky's the limit!

Congratulations to our club members who fought extremely well at the All Irelands today. Robin took gold and is all Ireland Senior champion! Alan took bronze for his first year in cadet! Kalim, also first year in cadet, took 5th place, narrowly losing for bronze. Well done everyone, great effort and results! Back on the mat on Monday to analyze what we've learned today and to keep getting better and better at our sport.

Brendan earned his 1st Dan black bet after an amazing Batsugan win (5 ippons on the day).
