The starting times for the Siege Arm Wrestling and Irelands Strongest grip competition.

King and Queen of the table format. Separate Pro and Novice classes. The winner will be the one with the most pins after 90 minutes. (90 mins on each arm). Fast action matches! The ladies will be 30 minutes per arm.

Beautiful hand made plaques for the top 3 on each arm, in Pro, Novice and Ladies. Competition starts at 11am sharp. £30 or €35 to enter 1 or both arms. If you have trained with a club or Pro you can register now up to 1 week before the comp.

This will give you free entry to the festival. It may be possible to register on the day between 9-10am, but you will need to purchase a festival entry ticket as well.

To take part you must have trained with a club or a Pro to qualify for the Novice class.

The good news is you still have time to do that before the competition. Contact us and we will let you know your closet club.

All qualifying athletes entering the comp must contact us at least a week before the event starts so we can organise their passes to the event.

If you decide a few days before the comp that you want to take part you can still enter but you will need an event ticket to the festival via eventbrite.

P.s all spectators will also need to book their entry tickets from eventbrite.
