BOHOLA FOROIGE RETURNS 🎉

Bohola foroige will hold an information evening on Friday 2nd October at 8pm in The Sheridan Community Centre.

This is open to 1st, 2nd & 3rd years that live in bohola, attended bohola national school or had a sibling previously attend.

We would invite new members along with parent/ guardian to attend.

Delighted be bringing the 5-week Breathwork Course back to Bohola Community Centre, beginning Monday 2nd November.

These gently guided sessions will introduce you to a range of breathing techniques designed to support your mind, body and nervous system, helping you move towards greater calm and relaxation.

We’ll explore techniques that can support stress reduction, relaxation, sleep, focus and overall wellbeing.

5-week course
Monday evenings
8pm – 9pm
Beginning 2nd November
€90 per person

3 WEEKS TO GO until our Open Evening & AGM at Sheridan Memorial Community Centre, Bohola

Tuesday, October 6th at 7.30pm

Come along, have a cuppa and take a look at some of the recent upgrades we’ve made to the centre. It’s a great opportunity to see what’s been happening, hear about what’s ahead, and meet others involved in our community.

Tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided.
