Great morning working with some golfers who are starting the winter off with thorough analysis to help cut through the fluff and make real change.
We gave an 18 handicap an extra 20 yards carry with his 6 iron within the session but more importantly - a repeatable swing movement and consistent strike making for a more reliable outcome.
Needs to put some work in on the areas identified but looking forward to see his progress over the coming weeks and months.
It’s coming back!!!! It feels a little like Groundhog Day but with the excitement of Christmas!

Huge congratulations to Dustin Johnson on winning at Augusta on what was a Masterful display of golf - power, skill, control. Many marvel at DJ's flexibility and this image is a perfect example however try emulate is method not his mechanics. He swings the best way for how he moves and gets the most out of it. You can too but first we need to assess how your body moves and then maximise your swings potential.
