No previous goalkeeping experience needed! Training and support will be provided, so if you’re curious about stepping between the posts, we’d love to hear from you.

🏑 Preseason is underway! 💚💙

It was a busy weekend of preseason action for our 1st Teams, with both the Ladies and Men getting valuable game time under their belts.

💙Ladies 1st Team
A select Ladies 1st Team had a great preseason friendly against a mixed Avoca squad on Saturday, with some fantastic hockey played by both sides.

The game finished in a fair 1-1 draw, with a cracker of a goal from Rebecca Dowling, following a tactical assist from Angelina Cosgrave! 🔥👏

💙 Men’s 1st Team
Our select Men’s 1st Team were also in action against strong Leinster U16 & U18 Boys teams. A great test and a brilliant start to preseason!

We’d like to wish the Leinster U16 & U18 Boys the very best of luck at the Interprovincial Hockey Tournament in Cork this weekend.

A big thank you to Avoca for a great game and to everyone involved in getting preseason off to such a positive start.
