Sunday diving from Fort Dunree! A fantastic dive with an abundance of marine life, including Dead Man’s Fingers (soft coral), hornwrack, lobsters, brittle stars and more.
We also had a great view of a section of the historic communication cable at Dunree.

Exploring a new reef site a few nautical miles off Dunaff Head. A rocky reef covered in extensive kelp forest, dropping from approx 20m to 30m+. The site supported a diverse range of marine life, including small-spotted catsharks, po***ck, large boring sponges (Cliona celata), and common urchins. Plenty more to explore.

Great dives this week between Portnablagh and Massmount. Massmount this Sunday was a shakedown dive for two rebreathers and a 2 Star assessment, all which went great.
We started from a different and better location. The rebreathers got nearly 50 minutes, with a maximum depth of 17m, visibility of less than 5m, and a water temperature of 17°C.
Other than the visibility, it was a lovely morning in the water. ~ Dearn Mcclintock 📷

Great company and a fantastic day on the water. Let’s hope these conditions stick around for a while longer.
