Confirmation of small group training starting soon in September in Blue River Leisure Centre
I will be taking a group @ 11.30 am Monday’s and Wednesdays 6.45pm.

I’m going to be working weekly with a small group to work on your body goals in the 12 weeks leading to 🎄 did I say just say the C word 😳 that slipped out 🤭
Anyways..
I will be chatting each of you individually before we start to see where your fitness is at , what your goals are and what it will take to achieve them 🙂

When we start in the gym we will be there with a plan, my plan to achieve your goals , this plan with work faster by you going 2-3 times per week and doing it yourself or if you do other classes just add this to it!

Whatever your fitness or gym knowledge that’s ok I’m here to guild you 🙋🏻‍♀️
