✨ Happy New Year to all my amazing members, past and present ✨

As many of you know, It's been a tough year since my cancer diagnosis in April. I continued to work through treatment for as long as I could, right up until September, and stepping back was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do.
But our wonderful groups have been in the safest hands with two fabulous consultants looking after you all while my battle continues. I’m so grateful to them and to all of you for your support, patience and kindness.

What I want you to know is this: I fully intend to return to the job I love and have loved for the past 15 years. ❤️
So if you’re thinking about coming back to group, please… be brave and just turn up. Your journey matters, and you’ll be welcomed with open arms. I’ll be back as soon as I can, and nothing would make me happier than seeing you there when that day comes.

Moments like these remind us that it’s not just about numbers on a scale, but about freedom, confidence, and the joy of seeing progress in everyday life.
