12 weeks down and what a transformation!!!! Incredible work by Bernie!! 1lb short of 2 stone down and 3 inches lost off her waist. I am so proud of this lady!!!! Always gave it 110%

I've been very quiet on here with all that was going on this year but I've still been working away with clients behind the scenes during the year....getting reviews like this mean the world to me. Rita was an amazing person to work with and absolutely smashed her goals!!
