It's that time of the year to start FLIPPING & TWISTING!!!!!

We hope everyone had an excellent summer. All our current gymnasts have been messaged regarding the start of our autumn term. Please make sure to contact back to keep your space.

If you or you know someone who would like to avail of a space in our recreational gymnastic club, located in Cahir, please reach out and send us a DM.

With over 30 years combined coaching experience, we have lots to offer. From floor, beam, Airtrack, trampette and fast track.

Our classes are recreational based - open to all children from the age of 4 upwards in a non competitive, non pressure environment.

Thank you to all who turned out for the parade in Cahir today.

We went out today, to show some moves, show our ability, but overall to have fun and that's what we had.

We would like to thank all our gymnasts first, for putting in all the hard work and for making today such a great success.

A huge thank you to the parents and our coaches... for all the hard work they put in. Well done to all who was behind the scenes putting the parade together, all the stewards - you all did a great job!

We are truly blessed to celebrate 10 years, attending the Cahir parade. Little did we know that those 10 years would go so fast.
