Thank you to all who turned out for the parade in Cahir today.

We went out today, to show some moves, show our ability, but overall to have fun and that's what we had.

We would like to thank all our gymnasts first, for putting in all the hard work and for making today such a great success.

A huge thank you to the parents and our coaches... for all the hard work they put in. Well done to all who was behind the scenes putting the parade together, all the stewards - you all did a great job!

We are truly blessed to celebrate 10 years, attending the Cahir parade. Little did we know that those 10 years would go so fast.

I hope everyone had a great day and I hope you enjoyed our display 🤸

✨ Welcome to Flip N’ Twist Gymnastics Club ✨

At Flip N’ Twist, we believe gymnastics should be built on confidence, creativity, and fun.

As a small, community-based club, our focus isn’t on medals or competition — it’s on helping every gymnast grow through play, movement, and positive experiences.

We strive to create a safe and supportive environment where children can:
🤸‍♂️ Build strength and coordination
💙 Develop confidence and resilience
😊 Make friendships and lasting memories
🎉 Most importantly — have fun!

Every flip, every twist, every smile matters.

Join our community and let your child discover the joy of gymnastics the way it’s meant to be — through play and encouragement.
